When looking at the Governor’s Scholars Program we tend to recognize the experience and memories through the program but the people that make communities such as this one deserve a moment of acknowledgement. Having the pleasure and honor to interview Aris Cedeño, Executive Director of the Governor’s Scholars Program further elaborated on the program, his time here and his background as an immigrant.
