On the night of July 18, scholars eagerly gathered outside of Franklin Hall for a sunset sing-along, where scholars could sing their favorite songs during the beautiful and vibrant sunset. Before it started, scholars were able to recommend songs of their liking to be played. With songs ranging from John Denver’s “Take Me Home Country Roads” to Justin Bieber’s “Baby”, there was truly something for everyone to enjoy.

While the original plan was for scholars to sit down with friends and sing along, many found themselves getting up and dancing the night away. Scholars were not the only ones enjoying the music, many RAs and faculty members were dancing and jumping to the music. It seems as if many scholars had a fun night full of music and entertainment, making memories that they can cherish for a lifetime!
As the music stopped and the sunset sing-along came to an end, scholars found themselves elated, going to sleep with new moments to look back on with their friends and the rest of the GSP community!
